Recycling

Items you can safely put in your recycling bin:

• paper and cardboard
• glass bottles and jars
• aluminium cans and foil
• steel cans
• milk and juice cartons

To safely recycle plastics:

• check the code number in the triangle on the bottom of the plastic item
• check this code number against the code numbers your council recycles
• put plastic items your council recycles in the recycle bin
• put other plastics in the landfill bin.
