Creating Connections
Program Objective
Creating Connections supports young people to develop a range of life and living skills as well as linking them back into education, employment and or training with the ultimate goal being for the young person to be able to live independently successfully.
Program Philosophy
To assist young people to live independently successfully.
Criteria
- homeless or at risk of homelessness
- 15–25 years of age
- live in the Eastern Metropolitan region
- have a Case Manager or Support Worker

Time / Days of Operation
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Cost
No Cost.
